Tanya is a highly experienced personal injury lawyer. She has extensive experience in all areas of personal injury litigation including:

Tanya’s extensive knowledge built up over many years, together with her substantial expertise practising exclusively in personal injury litigation, ensure that clients of Guardian Injury Law are ideally placed to receive the maximum compensation they deserve.

Tanya has practised in both metropolitan Melbourne and country Victoria, so she has first-hand experience of some of the unique challenges facing injured Victorians across the state.

She has assisted people injured at farms and agricultural facilities across regional Victoria, through to inner-city and metro Melbourne construction industry accidents, warehouse accidents, office injuries, etc. Likewise, there can be unique challenges for road accident victims when injured on regional and remote roads vs the city freeways.
